  粗略地看完本剧，最能感受到的是正念的力量。之前在学习培训中老师也让我们做了“四颗葡萄”的正念进食。她用四个面包代替，让我们先观察每个面包有什么不同，和本剧中的方法一致。上次读了自控力，里面也写到正念，静坐的力量。因此，我最大的收益是每日花十分钟用腹式呼吸感受生命中的一呼一吸。
