我是看完沃顿商学院的谈判书，再看这本的，深感这部剧要更加好十倍啊！我们课程的教材是改编这部剧的，所以观看起来也更加深刻。总得来说 1. 框架极为清晰沃顿的书更多是谈判的理念和想法展开讨论，这本是把理念和想法集成到准则和场景中去，整个体系会更加清晰和完善。 2. 逻辑严谨且循序渐进如果深入去读，每章的逻辑递进和完备性简直能看出一种美感啊。从案例出发，自己怎么办，如何看待别人，如何影响别人，高手是如何融会贯通的，等等。 3. 注重应用这部剧的举例不是那种动动嘴就解决问题那种简单例子，是实际的场景，你去感受，以及各种话术。结尾还专门一章告诉读者如何在以后去逐步应用。学知识和道理很容易，如何学以致用才是难十倍的事情，也是我们要不断思考的。

心里在三星四星横跳，女演员演得普遍比男演员们好（拉宏桑除外），故事核心技巧其实也还好，最喜欢两人相对都全知的两集，其他的都包含了太多信息不对称，是会让人别扭的感情。但怎么说，小成本剧集做到这个水平还是可以拍拍手鼓励下。这个女主女二可以多拿到一些好剧本吗？

不好评价此剧。编剧介绍，他以关心现代中国问题为中心，以世界、历史两个维度，考察中国，看似结构不错，但就本剧而言，历史分析、经济解释都不“硬”，所以感觉本剧有点“飘”，不踏实，更像是“指桑骂槐”的作品。如果编剧觉得“记者”做不下去，转行做“学者”，我建议“回回炉”、“充充电”、“补补课”，严肃的作品最好不要“敷衍了事”。
